Yossi is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 20 years and more than 9000 hours of coaching experience. He specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Relationship & System Coaching. Yossi brings more than 40 years of experience in business and leading management in multidisciplinary corporate roles and multicultural environments. His coaching and facilitation work leverages his background in economics, business administration, and international marketing. Yossi has worked extensively with coaching clients in Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East. He has worked with clients across a variety of sectors and industries, including technology, finance, marketing, IT, manufacturing, energy, Infrastructures, construction, FMCG, transportation, Municipals, and governments. Yossi holds professional coach certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF), and also studied Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) with CRR Global. He has been on the Faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) since 2007 and has trained and supervised hundreds of professional coaches. He also holds a degree in Business Management from the Technion, Israel’s leading Institute of Technology. Yossi also regularly develops and facilitates unique tailor-made workshops for clients worldwide. Yossi works with individuals who choose to be leaders in their lives. He is passionate about building bridges and networks between individuals internationally and is an avid believer in striving for peace through the Co-Active approach.
