I am an ICF-certified ACC Life and Career Coach and the Marketing Manager of ICF Israel, bringing over a decade of Senior Project Management experience in the global high-tech industry. I empower women from post-Soviet backgrounds who are navigating career transitions or feeling stuck, helping them regain agency and build a precise, meaningful professional and personal path. By integrating strategic project management methodologies into my coaching, I transform aspirations into practical action plans that deliver tangible results and lasting change in daily life.
