אני מציע לכם סגנון אישי וייחודי שפיתחתי במהלך יותר מ-14 שנות ניסיון עם לקוחות פרטיים ועסקיים בארץ ובעולם. בעבודה עם בכירים בחברות כמו אמזון, פייפאל, אנבידיה וסייברארק, אני מוצא את עצמי שוזר שיטות מתחומי הפסיכולוגיה ההומניסטית ו"מודל האדם" האדלריאני לצד תיאוריות מתחום האימון המערכתי והסומטי. אני מחויב לשיחות ממוקדות פתרון ומבוססות-ראיות שמניבות תוצאות עיקביות ויציבות, עבור הלקוחות שלי ועבור הארגונים שהם מובילים. הלקוחות שלי מתארים אותי כאמפתי, מהיר תפיסה ועניני. כל תהליך נראה אחרת. הוא מונע ע"י הסקרנות, התשוקה, הדימויים ותחומי העניין שמביא איתו המתאמן.ת לחדר (או לזום). נקודת החיבור החד פעמית הזאת מאפשרת לייצר שינוי משמעותי שלא מתכהה עם הזמן. מהשילוב בין הידע ובין הניסיון שצברתי, נוצר משהו שקשה למצוא: מרחב חשיבה נטול שיפוטיות וביקורת, שותפות כנה שמאפשרת לאנשים להשיג תוצאות שעולות על כל מה שדימיינו.

With over 14 years of experience working with diverse private and corporate clients, I've developed a distinctive coaching style. Merging various methodologies from humanistic psychology and the Adlerian "Model of Man" alongside systemic coaching, I'm solution-focused and committed to evidence-based conversations that generate sustainable outcomes for the people I work with and the organizations they lead. My clients describe me as empathic, quick to grasp, and straight to the point. I enjoy tapping into their curiosity, passion, imagery, and fields of interest to facilitate meaningful, well-rooted change that actually sticks. By combining this breadth of knowledge and expertise, I create something that's hard to find: a non-judgmental thinking space where true results become possible.
