Zsofia Juhasz, MCC

Zsofia Juhasz, MCC,
with over 8,200 coaching hours and more than 20 years of executive coaching experience across six continents, Zsofia Juhasz brings deep mastery, global perspective, and uncompromising professional standards to the development of coaches.

As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Zsofia is dedicated not only to coaching senior leaders—but to elevating the coaching profession itself.

She is the co-creator of “Becoming a Masterful Coach,” an ICF Level 3 Accredited program, and serves globally as a mentor coach and coaching supervisor, supporting coaches in attaining and renewing their ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC).

Between-Session Practice

~3 hours of peer mentoring practice in triads, plus 1.5–3 hours of self-reflection activities.
You'll rotate roles as Coach, Client, and Mentor Coach, using recordings
and structured feedback sheets.

Who Can Join?

This program is designed for experienced ICF-credentialed coaches ready to
develop mentor coaching skills.

You Should

  • Commit to attending 
    all three
    live sessions

  • Complete practice and reflection activities between sessions

  • Be available during Israel mornings / Australia evenings time slot

You're Eligible If

  • ACC coaches who have renewed
    their credential at least once
    (3+ years as ACC)

  • PCC and above credential
    holders

  • Active ICF-credentialed
    coach
